Job Title: Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent Property Consultancy with over 230 years of history. My client has offices in Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Warwickshire and Somerset.
My client work includes predominantly rural landowners of all types from private individuals to commercial institutions and charities. We have a strong reputation for delivering added value through interdisciplinary working across the surveying, planning and architectural disciplines.
Requirements:
- RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree
- 1+ years' experience
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)
- Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
- Commercial awareness
- Competent user of Microsoft 365 products
