About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Land Surveyor to join a growing team. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a wide variety of topographical surveys across the UK while expanding your knowledge in measured building surveys, site engineering, and advanced surveying techniques. You will be working with cutting-edge technology, including total stations, GNSS systems, 3D laser scanners, and drones, to deliver precise and reliable survey data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topographical surveys across various sites in the UK, delivering accurate and high-quality data.
  • Assist in measured building surveys, capturing detailed dimensions and layouts of structures.
  • Support site engineering operations with surveying and technical expertise.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including total stations, GNSS systems, 3D laser scanners, and drones for a wide range of surveying tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure survey requirements are understood and met.
  • Process and analyze survey data, preparing detailed reports and drawings.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in land surveying or a related field, ideally with exposure to topographical surveys.
  • Knowledge of modern surveying equipment and techniques (total stations, GNSS, 3D laser scanners, drones).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver precise and reliable survey data.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for projects across the UK.
  • A relevant qualification in surveying or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
