The position is for a Junior Design Engineer located in Rugby on a permanent basis.
The salary for this role ranges from £24,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should ideally have experience in an Apprenticeship or Junior Design role, or be degree qualified in Engineering or a similar field.
The role requires a sound understanding of engineering processes and materials, as well as experience using 2D and 3D CAD software.
Applicants should have hands-on technical experience and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

JOB – Junior Design Engineer LOCATION – RugbyTERM- PermanentSALARY - £24,000-£35,000, dependent on experience My client designs and manufactures products for a variety of sectors They are looking for Graduate/Junior Design Engineers to join their team in Coventry on a permanent basis.The Junior/Graduate Design Engineers will ideally have the following attributes:

Experience within an Apprenticeship/Junior Design role/Degree qualified in Engineering or similar
A sound understanding of Engineering processes and materials
Ideally experienced working with a range of manufacturing processes
Experience using 2D & 3D CAD Softwares
Hands-on technical experience through your course
Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Junior/Graduate Design Engineer roles will involve:

Working to project specifications and deadlines
Documenting activities and analytics to set standards
Participating in technical training
Working to budgets and timescales
Investigating new solutions and areas within which the company can expand
Being involved in different manufacturing processes
Ensuring projects are delivered correctly and efficiently
