Job Description:
We are currently seeking two skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a high-performing team within a leading materials handling and automation site in Warwickshire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of complex automated systems, playing a pivotal role in minimizing downtime and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on automated systems and materials handling equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults promptly, ensuring system uptime and productivity.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in a range of maintenance activities including electrical troubleshooting, system adjustments, and mechanical repairs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in automation and materials handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, particularly in a high-tech, automated setting.
  • While both electrical and mechanical experience is valuable, there is a preference for candidates with a strong electrical background.
