Are you an Engineer from Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Marine looking for a clear path to becoming a Project Manager? Additionally, you will support the Business Unit with P&L, forecasting etc. This role is hands-on, requiring you to work on the shop floor to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of manufacturing projects.
• Source parts, price up works, and expedite materials for production.
• Address and resolve issues across the business unit.
• Support financial aspects including P&L and forecasting.

About You:

• You are a UK National with a background in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Marine
• Previously worked as a Manufacturing / Industrial / Project Engineer or similar
• Sourced parts or tools for production, priced up works, or have carried out tendering, estimating, expediting materials, or similar
• Experience working to strict quality standards and lead times

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or Project Engineer in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Marine sectors.
• Previous experience in sourcing parts, estimating, tendering, or similar
• NVQ, HNC/D or Degree in a relevant discipline
