Are you an Engineer from Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Marine looking for a clear path to becoming a Project Manager? Do you seek exciting work, comprehensive training and the responsibilities of a senior role, where you can truly make an impact and be the go-to leader of projects?You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring strict lead times and quality standards are met and will liaise with various teams, sourcing parts and production tools necessary for manufacturing. Additionally, you will support the Business Unit with P&L, forecasting etc. This role is hands-on, requiring you to work on the shop floor to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of manufacturing projects.
  • Source parts, price up works, and expedite materials for production.
  • Address and resolve issues across the business unit.
  • Support financial aspects including P&L and forecasting.

About You:

  • You are a UK National with a background in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Marine
  • Previously worked as a Manufacturing / Industrial / Project Engineer or similar
  • Sourced parts or tools for production, priced up works, or have carried out tendering, estimating, expediting materials, or similar
  • Experience working to strict quality standards and lead times
