You’ll oversee operations, optimize processes, and contribute to the business’s ambitious goal of doubling its turnover within 12 months.Key Responsibilities:
  • Production & Manufacturing: Lead all production and manufacturing activities for both existing and new customers with bespoke requirements.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Use data analysis to forecast demand, ensuring efficient production.
  • Inventory & Supplier Management: Optimize raw material levels and build strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of ~10, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency in the supply chain and manufacturing process.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle product queries, quotations, and quality issues, ensuring a top-notch service.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with safety standards and oversee facility and machinery maintenance.
  • Training & Development: Invest in your team’s growth by providing consistent training.

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • IT proficiency, including supply chain software and MS Office
  • Located within a commutable distance to Rugby, UK.
