Job Description:

We are seeking a competent Site Manager to supervise the cut and curve demotlition and working on a steel frame industrial structure in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with steel frame projects
• All valid qualifications - CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
