With a fully skilled team of field service engineers across the UK & Ireland, they provide a comprehensive and reliable service to all of their customers.

Responsibilities for the service engineer include -

  • Carrying out critical breakdown repairs at customer sites
  • Working on a range of high value CNC Lathes
  • Dealing with mechanical faults such as cartridge spindles, axis repairs, pneumatics, hydraulics, ballscrews, linear rails, rack and pinion
  • Fault finding electrically, on both hardware and software
  • Updating all service and inspection documents for the machinery
  • Developing customer relationships and providing a high level of customer care on site
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support to the customer as required
  • Travel from home to site covering your own region, butmust be prepared to work within the UK and Ireland on occasions

The team includes a number of experienced engineers across the UK, along with technical support and applications divisions in strategic areas of the country, to provide afull and comprehensivesupport.

Engineers can be based anywhere in the UK, and travel to client sites from home.

We would love to hear from you've previously worked in any of the following roles -

- Maintenance Engineer, Service Technician, Service Engineer, Apprentice Maintenance Fitter,
-Apprentice trained in mechanical or electrical maintenance
- Good knowledge of fault finding, electrical and mechanical repairs
- Practical knowledge of Turning, Milling, and CNC applications
