£13.43 + £2.04 p/hour shift allowance (£15.47 p/hour when rotating)

We are looking for an experienced Surface Grinder who can work within a busy manufacturing company in the Rugby area.

This is a busy role where you operate Surface Grinders, work with production and quality targets and ultimately produce quality products.

The product is ceramic NOT metal, so the material does behave different to metal however there is a learning curve and nots of support.

Its full time, temp 2 perm and a role that offers job security and a nice career ladder to climb.

To be considered - you need to have worked on a grinding machinery before, be flexible enough to work a shift, have a good eye for detail and be reliable.

This role offers you:

• £13.43 p/hour + £2.04 p/hour shift allowance (when rotating).
• 37 hours paid per week.
