We are currently looking for an experienced HR Analyst on a permanent basis to join a great organisation based in Rugby.

Salary: depending on experience; £32,000 - £42,000

Location: Rugby

Contract: Permanent

Duties of the HR Analyst:

  • You will be a key player in producing or delivering people metrics and data reporting. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting on the continuous improvement projects across the HR function.
  • Ideally you will have used SAP SuccessFactors or iTrent, but neither are essential - you just need really good experience on systems!
  • Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances
  • Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests

Ideally you will come from a commercial background, with experience as a HR analyst in a busy role!
