The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress, using these insights to tailor teaching strategies and communicate with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to early years education.
- Encourage children to explore, discover, and develop confidence through play-based learning activities.
- Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and supportive manner, promoting a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.
- Maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
