EYFS Teacher

OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and thriving school. The ideal candidate will have experience in Early Years education, hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and be committed to creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment. The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Duties

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress, using these insights to tailor teaching strategies and communicate with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to early years education.
• Encourage children to explore, discover, and develop confidence through play-based learning activities.
• Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and supportive manner, promoting a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.
• Maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
