OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive and progressive school community. The salary for this role is between £30,000 and £50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Duties
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor, assess, and document students' progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
- Build students' confidence in key subjects, including English, maths, and science, while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach to teaching.
- Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and development.
- Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent organisational and classroom management skills.
- A proactive and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
