The salary for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Duties
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking in all areas of learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values collaboration and mutual respect.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure students are supported both at school and home.
- Maintain a well-organised and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence.
- Participate in school events, initiatives, and professional development to contribute to the school's success.
Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2.
- A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
