Year 4 Teacher

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking school. The salary for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Duties

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Encourage active participation and critical thinking in all areas of learning.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values collaboration and mutual respect.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure students are supported both at school and home.
• Maintain a well-organised and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence.
• Participate in school events, initiatives, and professional development to contribute to the school's success.

Skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2.
• A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• A collaborative approach to working as part of a supportive team.
