What You Will Do:
- Lead the nightshift operations, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and to specification.
- Program, set, and operate Siemens CNC Milling Centres, maintaining high-quality, efficient machining operations.
- Use offline programming software, ideally Fusion 360, to develop and optimize machining processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and improve machining processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and reducing waste.
- Conduct basic maintenance and address equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in CNC machining, particularly with Siemens CNC Milling Centres.
- Competency in programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines, with offline programming experience being highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and geometric tolerancing.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team under tight deadlines.
- A commitment to health, safety, and quality control standards, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
