Production Team Leader Afternoon Shift
1500 - 0100 Mon - Thur (4 x 10-hour shifts)
£15 p/hour with production bonus
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
We are looking for a new Production Team leader to work a fixed afternoon shift within a busy factory in the Rugby area.
This is a hands-on role where you manage a small team and ensure they are working on the right orders and hitting production targets that have been given every day.
You will be doing team talks, monitoring performance, ensuring training needs are met and building a solid team.
There will be some production work yourself so you will be expected to be confident with hand/power tools and basic machinery.
There will be manual handling and this is a shop floor, standing, active role.
To be considered:
You need to either be a seasoned production operative who is ready to take the step up to team leader or someone who already works as a team leader within a small team but is now ready to take the next step up.
This role offers you:
- £15 p/hour (£14 p/hour + £1 p/hour shift allowance)
- 40 hours paid per week as standard.
