PLEASE READ THE JOB FULLY - PRODUCTION TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
We are looking for an experienced production team leader for a busy manufacturing site in Rugby.
This is a full time, temp 2 perm role working within company that manufactures windows and fire doors.
You will be on the production yourself, using hand and power tools, operating machinery but also taking contract of a small team to ensure they are hitting the production numbers, getting the quality right and working without issue.
It's a hands-on team leaders role working a fixed afternoon shift within a medium sized company with lots of work.
To be considered - you MUST be local to Rugby, have at least 1 year's factory production team leading experience and be confident working with hand / power tools.
This role offers you:
- £15.00 p/hour (plus OT paid at x1.5).
- 40 hours paid per week as standard.
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
