Groundworks Project Manager (Infrastructure)
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21

Salary: 300 - 350 a day. Dependant on experience.
Role Overview:
As a Groundworks Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of an infrastructure project from start to finish, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a pivotal role within the team, and you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of groundworks projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project scope.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditure, ensuring financial control and reporting.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of groundworks techniques and processes, including excavation, drainage, foundations, and roadworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification (desirable).
