Our client, and friendly and growing company based in Rugby, are looking for a Project Admin Coordinator to support the Project Manager with administration, organisation and communications. This role will suit someone with experience in a position where they have had to have a great attention to detail and are proactive in their approach.
The key responsibilities for the Project Admin Coordinator:
- Supporting the Project Manager in setting up new projects including initial administration, diary planning etc
- Attending internal and client meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting in the creating of pre-construction paperwork including specifications
- General project administration throughout delivery
- Speaking to internal and external stakeholders, diffusing situations and managing expectations
The ideal candidate for the Project Admin Coordinator:
- Experience in a role where you have had to show great attention to detail, be proactive and dynamic
- Great organisation and accuracy
- Strong communication skills - able to diffuse difficult situations
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Willingness to learn and wanting to grow within the company
- Helpful and supportive
