Procurement Support Manager

My client, a leading food and drink, logistics provider, are seeking an experienced Procurement Support Manager to join their evolving team.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week.

Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for the following:

• Contribution to the departmental savings targets
• Implementation of strategic category plans
• Contribution to Preferred Supplier List
• To span both Sourcing and SRM team, supporting both, dealing with lower value, lower risk opportunities, as well as specific projects, like a payment term review.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven ability to identify and implement value add commercial solutions within a fast paced multi-site organisation
• Ideally from an FMCG/Logistics provider background
• Proven ability to implement strategic category plans
