My client, a leading food and drink, logistics provider, are seeking an experienced Procurement Support Manager to join their evolving team.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week.
Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for the following:
- Contribution to the departmental savings targets
- Implementation of strategic category plans
- Contribution to Preferred Supplier List
- To span both Sourcing and SRM team, supporting both, dealing with lower value, lower risk opportunities, as well as specific projects, like a payment term review.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven ability to identify and implement value add commercial solutions within a fast paced multi-site organisation
- Ideally from an FMCG/Logistics provider background
- Proven ability to implement strategic category plans
