Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - Rugby - up to £50k package
My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Rugby area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business. Due to internal promotion, they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a busy office selling around 40 properties a month so there is real earning potential.
Duties for the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will involve:
- Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience is ESSENTIAL
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Full driving licence and car
Working Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week.
