We are looking for a new contracts administrator who can start a full-time office-based role in the Rugby area.

This is a role working within a small, close-knit team.

This is a role that will involve you speaking to customers who have had new windows and doors installed. You will be arranging repairs or installations, speaking to project managers, sending details of orders to the manufacturing department, scanning in documents, updating spreadsheets and CRM packages along with other general office admin.

There will be lots of excel use so you must be confident with excel and office.

It's a very structured company, there are processes to learn (and follow) and there is lots of support from a very hands-on office manager.

Its Monday - Friday working a nice shift of 0800 - 1600.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • Very confident speaking on the phone.
  • Confident, outgoing personality.
  • Fully numerate and literate.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude.
  • At least 12 months experience working within an office-based role.
  • Experience dealing with inbound customer calls (ideally).
  • Fully computer literate (good understands of excel and word).

This role offers you:
