RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - DRIVING

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 17.00

£26,000 - £28,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS (OTE £30,000-£33,000)

Day to Day Duties

  •  You must be able to pro-actively search, attract and short-list candidates using all necessary tools available, including online job boards
  •  Write, place and update job adverts, monitor and process applications, and responses efficiently
  •  Initiate and manage candidate relationships, understanding their requirements and needs
  •  Determine suitability and qualify candidates by adopting an efficient and effective screening process
  •  Pro-actively identify, chase and progress new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
  •  Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  •  Maintenance of various databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry
  •  Other general and administration duties as required

Essential Skills

  •  Ability to lead by example and self-motivate
  •  Passion and desire to succeed
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Driving Licence and own vehicle

Desirable Experience

  •  Customer service or a sales background
