Hybrid x3 days home-based and x2 days office (in Rugby) per week working pattern

Our client is a specialist market segment recruitment consultancy that is currently enjoying a sustained period of organic business growth. Due to the continuing development of their existing client and candidate portfolio, they are now keen to add to their small, but high-performing consultant team which focuses on servicing the healthcare sector across the UK marketplace.
About you
You may be a talented Recruiter (with recruitment experience from any sector) who is now keen to work in a more autonomous environment and ready for an exciting challenge with a small but growing recruitment practice. Alternatively, you just might crave a fresh challenge within recruitment and an opportunity to develop your recruitment career further in a new lucrative and robust market.
You must however possess the ability to consult deeply with end-user clients to achieve effective talent selection outcomes and will have an entrepreneurial mindset.

This diverse and interesting consulting remit entails:
- Assess and intuitively understand business requirements to identify suitable candidates via the company's pre-existing networks and targeted/direct applications.
- Consulting deeply with end users on talent requirements and career aspirations alike
- Proactive and strategic business development and networking
- Screening and assessing candidates thoroughly to match client needs/specification
- Create and maintain relationships to C-Level in organisations ranging from developing SMEs to corporate groups.
- Write engaging job adverts designed to attract relevant candidates.
- Help create, manage, and monitor the effectiveness of social media posts relevant to the industry.
To apply for this opportunity, you should possess the following experience and skillsets:
- Agency recruitment experience - 2 years minimum essential
- Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
- Stable, progressive career history
- Comfortable working from a central Rugby office x2 days per week (with flexible home working x3 days)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
What’s on offer?
A highly competitive basic salary for a new consultant of between £30,000 - £42,000k depending on experience plus a realistic commission mechanic enabling you to double, if not triple basic salary in terms of the overall package.
