Sonic Summary

Winner Driving is seeking an ambitious recruitment professional to manage a large volume client at their new branch in Rugby Town Centre.
The role requires candidates to have experience in the logistics industry and a strong understanding of customer service.
Candidates should be comfortable with mass recruitment and the legal requirements of working in the UK.
The position offers a good basic salary, an unrivalled bonus scheme, and genuine career progression opportunities.
The working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with some on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.

Winner are on the way up & with a state of the art new branch in the heart of Rugby Town Centre we are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional to take over the day to day management of our large volume client.

Driving Recruitment

Transport Division where have our own trucks

Winner driving have grown from strength to strength with a GP of over £1m in Q1 2024

You will be working with an established team with a track record of success which will provide a great support network
You will be working 0800 – 1600 Monday – Friday with some oncall at evenings & Weekends
You will be comfortable with legal requirements of working in the UK & the logistics industry.
You understand what good customer service looks like
You will be confortable with mass recruitment
