0730 - 1600 Mon - Fri (switching to rotating 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 shift after 1 week)

£13.35 p/hour (£11.75 p/hour + shift allowance when rotating)

We are looking for a new assembly operative who has work within a clean room at a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a role where you assembly small ceramic products, applying delicate metals using tweezers and operating a screen-printing machine.

You will be using microscopes, following written / spoken instructions and working with some pretty detailed work.

This role starts off on a fixed day shift before then switching to a rotating morning and afternoon shift after 1 week - you MUST be able to rotate, this is NOT optional.

To be considered - you MUST be:

• Local to Rugby (we are not expecting anyone to commute into Rugby)
• Have experience in light, delicate assembly work.
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good eye for detail.
• Happy working with a clean room environment.
• Flexible enough to work the shift.

This role offers you:

• £13.35 p/hour (inc shift allowance for rotating)
• Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
• 37 hours paid per week.
• Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
