Winner Recrutiment are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to work at our prestigious client based in the heart of Rugby town centre.

Hybrid role - 3 days office 2 days work from home.

Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Business Development and be eager to gain new business to move the business forward.

You will be excellent at building rapport with new customers and going above and beyond to meet there expectations.

Ideally, you would have a background in Hospitality Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
