Winner Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for a prestigious client located in Rugby town centre.
This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with hours from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background in Business Development and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with experience in Hospitality Marketing, Sales, or Business Development are preferred, and strong rapport-building skills are essential.

Winner Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to work at our prestigious client based in the heart of Rugby town centre.

Hybrid role - 3 days office 2 days work from home.

0800-1600 Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Business Development and be eager to gain new business to move the business forward.

You will be excellent at building rapport with new customers and going above and beyond to meet there expectations.

Ideally, you would have a background in Hospitality Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
