LOCATION: Remote with 1 day a week in the Midlands
ROLE PURPOSE
To establish our client as the market leader in L&D, by developing & advising organisations on the learning & development opportunities offered within the portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To introduce levy-paying and other large employers to new services and opportunities that the organisation has developed for them. Communicating these opportunities effectively via the correct medium to the relevant Stakeholders and Decision-makers.
Undertaking partnership development activities, account management, personal promotion in line with our client's policies and partnering/collaboration where appropriate with organisations to support and achieve the growth and financial plans of the Group.
To present and bring to life via the required means of communication the ability for the organisation to provide a seamless plug-in service for the Learning and Development service portfolio our client provides.
Ensure the delivery of the strategic business objectives for Training for Revenue, learners, and accounts whilst maintaining and working to the culture and corporate social responsibility policies set out.
To work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the Companies Strategic Development plans within the Training sales pillar and across the group where required.
To be responsible for partnership development, account management, department performance monitoring, and evaluation in order that agreed expenditure profiles and output targets are met.
To deliver an excellent quality service to all organisations, embracing and communicating the organisations approach.
Develop and diversify the Companies Apprenticeship offer and develop, design, and implement a portfolio of profitable and innovative customer-oriented commercial programmes.
Regularly update the company CRM system to provide regular and timely reports on activity, contract acquisition success rates, learner enrolment, and retention.
Maintain existing and develop new links with key partner organisations/agencies at national and local levels to ensure that the organisation offer is current and responding to employer and learner needs.
Work with other managers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure that all necessary infrastructure, systems, and processes are in place that enable learners to learn in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. To ensure that all safeguarding protocols are observed.
To complete administrative tasks as appropriate and to ensure documentation is made available as required.
To liaise, support, and cooperate with colleagues across the organisation on matters of common interest.
To participate in, support, and identify any appropriate staff development activities, on-the-job learning, or work-based needs for our client’s employees across the organisation.
To undertake any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To contribute to the promotion and effective implementation of the organisation’s Equality and Diversity Policies.
To contribute to establishing and maintaining effective systems for communicating and consulting with students.
To ensure the organisation meets its performance targets.
To prepare and present effective and appropriate reports on complex and diverse issues to the Senior Management Team to aid decision-making and performance monitoring.
