The position is for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support a Rugby based client.
Candidates should have general accounts experience and be proficient in purchase ledger tasks, including matching, coding, and processing invoices.
The role requires the use of Excel and Word for administrative tasks and involves support for import/export and purchasing administration.
This is a full-time position with a 1 PM finish every Friday, and it is 100% office-based.

I am delighted to be supporting our Rugby based client with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Assistant.

This position is a generalist all rounder position working within the general accounts team.

Main Responsibilities

Purchase Ledger – matching, coding and processing invoices.

Utilise Excel and Word for various administrative tasks and reporting

Support with import and export administration in line with mandatory regulations

Support with Purchasing Administration tasks, including processing orders.

The role is full time with a1pm finish every Friday and 100% office based.
