Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored storage solutions.
- Lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on store performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales achievement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
