ANP/ACP

Background – 

 Superb opportunity to become part of an extremely supportive and forward thinking practice that is very well established and respected in the local area. As a ANP or ACP you will become part of the Primary Care Practitioner team and work alongside a very experienced MDT. Looking for an ANP or ACP to cover 24 hours per week (3 days) – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and seeing purely the acute, on the day appointments which have already been triaged. This is a very forward thinking practice always looking for ways to improve and develop and care for staff morale and as a result, have a superb staff retention rate! 

Salary –  £50,000 - £60,000 per annum FTE (Up to £31 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity Paid 

Location – Rugby 

 The surgery –  

• Forward-thinking GP practice, very supportive of further progression and development opportunities 
• Long-standing MDT, including GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs and more 
• Very well-established within the community 
• Keen to help you progress as an ANP or ACP 
• Superb staff retention rate – some staff have been there for over 20 years 

Your role –  

• Need to be a prescriber 
• 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) 
• 10 minute appointments – but all appointments are already triaged 
• Deal with solely acute, on the day, urgent appointments 
• Minimal home visits 
• Be part of the Primary Care Practitioner team 
• No extended hours
