We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Asylum & Review Housing Options Officer to join the team at Rugby Borough Council. This role has the opportunity for extension beyond the 3 month contract.

Main Duties:

  • Assess and review housing options for individuals seeking asylum and vulnerable residents, ensuring all recommendations are in line with council policies and regulations.
  • Handle complex cases, providing clear guidance on housing rights, homelessness prevention, and support pathways.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of decisions made within the housing options service, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
