Care Administrator

Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £23,600
Hours: 35 hours per week

A small and welcoming social care organisation in the heart of Rugby is seeking a dedicated Care Administrator. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of their high-quality service for adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support resident and family feedback processes.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, including new starter checks and arranging inductions.
  • Support with payroll.
  • Ensure secure storage of personal files.
  • Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
  • Update staff records with training, supervisions, and appraisals.
  • Compile accurate reports.
  • Manage diaries.
  • Collaborate with external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role within a care home setting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
