A small and welcoming social care organisation in the heart of Rugby is seeking a dedicated Care Administrator. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of their high-quality service for adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support resident and family feedback processes.
- Assist with staff recruitment, including new starter checks and arranging inductions.
- Support with payroll.
- Ensure secure storage of personal files.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
- Update staff records with training, supervisions, and appraisals.
- Compile accurate reports.
- Manage diaries.
- Collaborate with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role within a care home setting.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
