We currently have 934 students on roll who are all motivated, well-behaved and value their education.Key responsibilities include:* To work with Sixth Form and KS4 students on their organisation and study skills to enable them to become more effective, resilient and reflective learners, improving academic progress and outcomes* To work closely with the KS5 pastoral assistant, supporting sixth formers, wellbeing, engagement and attendance, to enable them to remove barriers from their learning.* To work as part of the Sixth Form team to facilitate wider activities that uphold and develop the ethos of the sixth form, contributing to the best outcomes and wellbeing of RH6 students, and to support the day to day running of the Sixth Form.We can offer:* a strong and well established senior leadership team* a stimulating working environment* well motivated staff and students* professional development* a local government pension schemeThe appointed candidate will have a varied and busy day, working in a school with a strong tradition of academic success, pastoral care, and extra-curricular enrichment.
