PLC Programmer Responsibilities:

  • Working with customers to obtain a FDS
  • Ensuring that solutions meet customer expectations
  • Programming PLCs, mostly Siemens

The ideal PLC Programmer will have:

  • Previous experience designing and programming PLC software
  • Experience withSiemensTIA Portal, Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi
  • An electrical / relevant engineering discipline (HND / HNC +)
  • Communication protocol experience eg: Profibus, Ethernet etc.
  • Higher level language experience with Windows a benefit.
