We are currently seeking a skilled and experiencedPCB Solderer -Microscope Solderto join our team in Rugby.

Flexible Working Hours:

The position offers flexible working hours between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, with the requirement to complete 37.5 hours per week.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in PCB population & soldering

Must be able to solder under a microscope > 80% of the time

Experienced in electro-mechanical assembly of high-technology products

Ideally familiar with IPC standards or certification

Experience in building small sub-assemblies and complete units

Ability to work to fine tolerances and use small hand tools

Proven ability to accurately follow assembly instructions and build procedures

Good standard of written/spoken English

Responsibilities:

Solder components to bare boards and complete assemblies

Follow drawings and written instructions accurately to build assemblies

Perform soldering & de-soldering of assemblies and parts

Work efficiently in a repetitive job environment
