As a supply cover SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and personal development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of SEN.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and engagement.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on a day-to-day basis.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is an advantage.
