Our inclusive environment fosters growth, learning, and development for all our students.Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a day-to-day supply basis. The ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and a proven track record of working in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Help with personal care and mobility needs as required.
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
