The ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and a proven track record of working in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Help with personal care and mobility needs as required.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them.
