Your new roleSEN Teaching Assistant is needed in Rugby a full-time basis.* Full Time* Complex needs school* Immediate Start* £11.68-£13.50 per hour* RugbyI am urgently seeking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic SEN school situated in Rugby Warwickshire. This vacancy is working with students with varied SEN needs. If successful you will be working closely with primary and secondary students as this role will be split between two sites.We are ideally looking for someone who has a background in working with SEMH or SEND needs, so they can hit the ground running.This is a small unit, that works with 5 - 7 students within one class, you will be supporting them with meeting their targets in addition to managing their behaviour and keep them focused at the task at hand.This is a really lovely school to be a part of and is run by a terrific leadership team! We are looking for someone who is extremely hard working, consistent, someone who adheres to the schools beliefs and ethos and, most importantly someone who inspires to make and create change.This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
