The ideal candidates will have a strong background in working with children or adults with disabilities and a passion for making a positive impact in their lives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working in SEN education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential).
