New Business Sales Executive - Leading technology provide into charity & NPF sector

Role Overview

The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for the management and execution of new business sales strategies within our client's organisations within the charity and NFP sectors. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities and expanding the client base. The culture is friendly, hardworking and team orientated with a shared vision of being the number one provider to the charity and NFP sector. This role will require you to be in the office once or twice per week and will report to the Sales & Marketing Growth Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling CRM solutions into the charity & NFP sector
  • Design, implement and execute an effective lead generation strategy
  • Follow up and nurse to close all warm leads
  • Regularly review and manage your sales pipeline, reporting to senior management on the health and
  • Provide on-site demonstration of the CRM solutions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the projects development and report on progress
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years working in technology sales preferably selling into charities, Not-for-Profit, schools or public sector
  • Used to selling a solution, project can range from 3- 6months
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Career ProgressionOur client is a growing organisation and upon successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of the New Business Sales Executive role, there may be opportunities to progress to senior sales roles or team leadership positions. These could include Sales Manager or other cross-departmental opportunities within the organisation.
