Salary: 26-30K base salary + Uncapped Commission

Shift Patterns: 08:00 - 17:00

Join our thriving client as a Sales Executive and play a key role in driving a high-performance business. Our client specialises in the plastic extrusion industry. If you're a motivated sales professional with a passion for exceeding targets and building strong client relationships, we will need you for this role!

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales to achieve targets, acquire new clients, and maintain existing customer relationships. You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the plastic extrusion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Bringing on new clients whilst maintaining our existing client base
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Arranging meetings and telephone conversations with new and existing customers
  • Conducting market research into competitors and their products
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining the company's high quality standards
  • Implementing sales strategies in order to meet sales targets
  • Staying up to date with market trends within the industry
  • Cold calling potential customers
  • General sales and administrative tasks
  • Working with a proactive mindset

Qualification/experience:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience in sales within the Plastic Extrusion industry
  • Ability to work on your own accord
  • Sufficient level of IT and computer skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a competitive market.
  • Strategical thinker with analytic skills to identify opportunities.

Benefits and working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 - flexibility required for travelling and networking.
  • Excellent uncapped commission scheme.
  • Basic pay rate between 26 - 30K
