Role Overview:

DCS Technology are working in partnership with our client who are a services provider. Together we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives that drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects that specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients in rewarding sectors such as not for profits!

Your Mission:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with business goals and agile methodologies. You'll serve as a key point of contact for the PMO.
  • Strategic Release Planning: Play a crucial role in shaping the broader portfolio by leveraging agile practices to adapt to shifting priorities and market trends.
  • Communication Bridge: Simplify complex concepts, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies and processes, keeping teams focused, aligned, and motivated to deliver top-quality results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle, using agile frameworks to navigate challenges and ensure successful delivery.
  • Standards Enforcement: Drive the adoption of project management best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all project activities.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Project Management Skills: Experience managing a diverse range of projects from start to finish across various business functions, with the ability to navigate both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Leadership & Communication: A natural leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, fostering collaboration and accountability among teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of the software, databases, and solution implementation, with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical audiences.
  • Commitment to Growth: A certified Project Management qualification or relevant IT/Management qualification, showcasing your dedication to professional development and industry best practices.
  • Industry Insight: Proven experience working in the Charity or Not-for-profit sector.
