Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter to join our client’s expanding team in Rugeley, UK. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruiter with a background in engineering who is looking for a role with flexible working arrangements and the chance to work on both permanent and temporary placements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placing candidates in engineering roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs
• Handle both temporary and permanent recruitment projects
• Ensure a high standard of candidate care and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the engineering sector
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven with a passion for matching the right candidates to the right roles
