Our client provides Damage Management Services across the UK to insurers, loss adjusters, and both B2B and B2C clients.

Job Purpose:
As the Customer Delivery Manager, you will oversee day-to-day claims management and operational service delivery. Your role involves managing logistics, resources, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also play a crucial part in fostering a positive culture and operational efficiency within the Senior MCC Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan and manage logistics, resources, and project delivery to meet service and budget expectations.
  • Drive productivity and profitability while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Identify and address business vulnerabilities with strategic solutions.
