Permanent Management Accountant opportunity
Based in Ruislip
Salary offering: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation, sitting within their finance team of 6, reporting directly to the Finance Director and managing a team of 3 successful accounts assistants.
You will be responsible for the Management Accounts of the 2 divisions, closely working with the Operational Heads and supporting the business with delivering accurate reports and accounts to audit standard, as well as assisting with budgets and forecasting to support the success of business decisions and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheets for the group
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and analysis to explain movements and variations.
- Monthly analysis of management accounts to budget and forecast
- Work closely with budget holders and other commercial leaders to prepare analysis as required
- Working alongside operational leads, MD’s and other budget holders to prepare quarterly forecasts.
- Preparing annual budgets
- Preparing revenue and margin analysis
- Assist line manage 3 accounts assistants
- Assist with Year-end audit
- Act as primary contact for auditors for the divisions within the group
- Additional ad-hoc tasks to support the wider finance team.
Knowledge and experience
- 2-3 years minimum working as a Management Accountant
- Line management experience preferred but not essential
- ACCA/CIMA preferred, QBE or close to completing qualifications.
- Highly competent on Excel
- Commercial acumen
