- Manage a caseload of property sales, ensuring a seamless process from sale agreed to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor the progress of sales and proactively chase outstanding matters to avoid delays.
- Handle queries and provide regular feedback to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the progress of each sale.
- Identify potential issues in the property chain and work to resolve them efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
- Proven experience in a sales progression role, ideally within estate agency or conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of the property transaction process, including legal and financial aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant technology.
