They pride themselves on their supportive team environment and focus on delivering outstanding results for buyers and sellers alike.The RoleAs a Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions from sale agreed through to completion. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills to liaise with all parties involved in the property chain.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of property sales, ensuring a seamless process from sale agreed to completion.
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor the progress of sales and proactively chase outstanding matters to avoid delays.
  • Handle queries and provide regular feedback to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the progress of each sale.
  • Identify potential issues in the property chain and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a sales progression role, ideally within estate agency or conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of the property transaction process, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant technology.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
