We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client, a construction company. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and transactions.

The responsibilities of the Bookkeeper include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions and records.
Complete bank reconciliation, month-end accrual, prepayments and VAT returns.
Generate regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for clients.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:

Experience in bookkeeping and working in an accountancy practice environment.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and the ability to produce consistently accurate work.
Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
